Default 1995 Mustang GT Computer question

I have a 95 gt and i put the pre 93 computer harness on it. Recently the original computer went out( took a couple of days and a few headaches to figure that out) Didn't have the cash to get a new one so a friend gave me his extra pre 93. Car fired up no problem. My question is what problems does this cause and should i take the harness off? I have noticed when i put my foot into it, it bogs down like it's getting to much fuel. Here are a few things done to the car: stage 3 ported heads, stage 3 ported intake custom cam, vortec blower, 30 pound injectors msd btm ignition, power pipe and plenty more. If your wondering why i left the harness on? It's because of the fan controller, it really keeps the car cool with the stock radiator. Thanks for looking

If you haven't had a dyno tune yet, I would do that next.

Even if you had the original computer on it I would agree with the call for a dyno tune, and especially now that you have a different computer

is the harness and mass air flow harnes or map sensor style if it is map (manifold air pressure) not mass air you will have to convert to mass if for the cam you have mass air is 89 up and if so if you are aware of this check plugs for lean or rich condition possible fuel concern

Was that all you changed, the computer? It needs to be put on a dyno and have things checked out, especially since it has a Vortech and 30 pound injectors. It's probably rich on the bottom end and lean at the top end.

Ya I agree that you need a dyno tune to get every thing you done working as one!
