Your car will basically run like crap. It will get slower and the engine won't run as smooth as it would with good injectors, since it won't be combusting properly. Your fuel mileage might suffer too. If your injectors are really old, I would change them. I did it cause the explorer injectors looked new and they atomize the fuel better. Also, there was a piece missing from one of my injectors.

Can cause fuel pressure drop, and engine to run like crap and not start right.

Those will work as they are for Ford and are HIGH impedence. BUT, why would you pay that much for stock injectors? You might as well get some 24's and you can probably get a used set for cheap.

Back to topic, your problem may not be an injector. Need more info on what it is doing. Is your car a 5 speed?

ya its a 5 speed

if i get 24's wouldn't i have to change my mas air meter too?

its hard to explain what its doing but when i drive my car it like jumps back and forth or bounces.

it didn't do it when i dropped the engine in my car but was a little while ago now

If it does it at an idle crawl, then that would just be slack in the driveline. If it does it while on the throttle then that could be numerous things. Such as (fuel)= fuel injector, fuel pump, ECM, fuel filter, etc. (Spark) bad plugs, bad wires, timing out, bad distributor components etc.

Just lube up the o rings and use dielectric grease when you install them.
