Default E303 or F303 cam?

I am getting ready to add a set of heads. They are Floo -Tech heads. Rated better then the GT-40X heads and they have a 5 angle valve job. I currently have an E303 cam in my car. I am going to get a new MAF and #24lb injectors. I thought about getting an F303 cam. Will I notice much of a difference between my E cam and an F cam? I would like a fairly big gain . If it is not going to add alot then I will probably just leave the E cam in. Is it worth it? If there is not going to be much of a difference then I don't want to tear the front of the motor off to replace a cam. My E cam is not even a year old yet. I wanted more of a mean sounding cam and some more HP.

Mods, Headman shorty headers,x-pipe no cats,2.5in exhaust with 4" tips,40 series flowmasters, trick flow street heat U/L intake,70mm T/B,70mm EGR spacer, trick flow 3/8 spacer,75mm mass air meter, ford racing E303 cam, comp cams double roller timing chain and gear, comp cams energizer rocker arms, comp cams hardend push rods, bbk under drive pulleys,180 degree thermostat,k&n filter, accel 9mm plug wires, cap, rotor and coil, bbk fuel pressure regulator and pressure gauge, motorvation custom tuned chip, ford racing valve covers, venom 19lb injectors, bbk CAI, B&M torque master 2400 stall converter, perma cool trans cooler 26,000GVW, PA street/strip automatic

I know some people swear by the alphabet cams ....

IMO there are far superior cams on the market....
based on you desire to have a "meaner sounding cam this what I'd recommend.....

COMP Cams: Nitrous HP™, NX274HR <br> Street/Strip Applications, Rough Idle

I like the Alphabet cams. I just wanted some input on which to do. Keep my E cam or go to an F cam. I am not going turbo, supercharged or anything over 350 HP.

Not worth the money to switch from E to F. If your gonna switch try a better cam.

How about an X303 cam. I like the Ford Racing cams. Plus they are under $200. I just want to know. Will I see much of a difference from an E303 to a F303? I know the X303 cam is good. But it might be a little too much!

there is a reason they are under $200.00.....

with that being said it is known fact in these part there is no love loss between me and the alphabets......

but with that being said even if those are the cams you like it will be no better than the paper weight that i feel it is, if it doesn't work with you combo....

call a cam company to see what they recommend that will work best in particular with your heads and intake.....

Come on Reg,

I just got the AEM methanol kit today, I still need to install it. But I sure hope that fixes the idle issue. Kinda annoying when your trying to leave a public place. Its already loud as a h*ll breakin loose, more or less having to rev it to get to stay running.

depends on your rocker ratio, 1.6 or 1.7? I'd watch that piston to valve clearance with the F or X303's.
