Default 1986 5.0 head and cam swap

Hi guys! I'm getting some E7 heads (evidently they flow better
than my stock 86 heads and they are cheap!) and an e303
cam.

I was wondering if I could use the e303 cam (498/498 lift)
with my stock short block or do I have to get different pistons?

Thanks everyone!

the 86 pistons are flat-top, and the E7TE heads have valves that are set lower than the E6SE heads, pluse the extra lift in the cam is not a good combo. Here is a pic of a stock 86 piston

I've heard people swap the heads with no problem. Not sure about that cam though. Is this car still speed density?
