Okay, I've almost replaced every thing in the front end of my car. It has new ball joints, new struts, new sway bar bushings and end links, new rack as of this week end and new outer tie rods. But I still have this "Clanking" noise going over small bumps big bumps you name it. It's a "Clank/ rattle". I mean eveythings done up front and I stil have a noise. Also, "No I haven't replaced everything tried to fix the noise". It's always been there and I've put it off. I've replaced everything as they go.

How about the brake pads? Could they be rattling? A bottle of that anti-squeal goop might help.

Can you put the car on jackstands and whack the tires with a sledge hammer to try and reproduce the noise? Maybe that would tell you which side (or both) it's coming from.
