Cool 1995 Mustang 5.0 What should i do

I have a 1995 Mustang GT with the 5.0 L and i am planning on doing some work on it soon. It is an automatic and has a few performance parts. but mostly stock. I have always loved the feel and drive of a manual transmission. What would it take to perform the automatic to manual transmission swap? About how much am i looking at for cost? and at that rate, is it worth it, or should i do something with a little more horsepower boost such as a super-charger. Transmission swap or Super-charger. Pros and cons to both? How do they compare in price? If i go the supercharger route, do i have to beef up my transmission anyways?

Heres the link to what it would take to o the swap to a manual.
If your driving is just street, I would go manual, Like you, I like the manual, It's just more fun. If you plan on taking it to the drag strip ( and being competitive, stick with the auto). Cost could very greatly on what you buy, used, new.
