Hi all hey have a few question about my car. its a auto trans with overdrive. When I'm driving along say around 30 35 mph it seems like its in a hight gear than it should be. If you give it just alittle bit of gas seems like it has no power. Till u really get on it. Would a shift kit help this? Or a valve body? And do they make a manual valve body? or what would. Also what does AODE mean?

well is it in a higher gear? count the sifts. it sounds like it is and then when you mash it it drops in to a lower gear and goes. yes they have valve bodies out to help you out and yes there are full manual ones out also.the E in AODE stands for electronic the computer controls the shifting. Lentech Automatics-AOD/AODE/4R70W Products you can check out some there stuff it is good stuff but it is not cheap there are lots more companies that also offer up stuff to

yeah it does seem like its in to high of a gear.. I'll count the shifts have to go out in a bit.
