Exclamation 1990 ford mustangs, cracked heads?

MY 1990 ford mustang gt started a weird knock i opened up one of the valve covers and found antifreeze i drained the oil and found no antifreeze mixed with the oil could this be a crakcked head? or what else can it be ?

sounds like the head gasket is blown....

i thought it was a head gasket if antifreeze is in the oil . it was only in one valve cove the other was fine thamks for the advice.

Head gasket could be either way and it could also blow out in between two cylinders and cause a lose of compression pretty much running on 7 cylinders.....

yeah its running horrible tahst what ill do chekc the head gasket could it be anything else or one of them two . about how much is is it for a head gasket kit?
