White face gauges

I am thinking of getting some white face gauges, but have a few questions. When you order them, do they come with new needles? If not, could you see the original white needles on the new white background (90-93 mustangs) when in use? Do you know what I mean, white on white?

Let me try again. Are the needles hard to see on the white background? I mean since the needles and the background are both white. (daytime)

The gauges SHOULD come with the needle removal tool. You just reinstall your old one. You should see it no problem.
