Default cheap top end engine kit from lmrs

so i found this top engine kit
87-93 ENGINE KIT, TOP END - SATIN COBRA INTAKE, GT40P HEADS, & E303 CAM MUSTANG

its pretty cheap it says its not smog legal is that because the smog pump eliminator or something else to

what kind of horse power do u think it will make on my 93 gt

1993 5.0 Mustang, 93 cobra intake , GT40p heads, Trick flow valve-springs upgrade, 65mm throttle body,73mm c&l maf, 24# ford racing injectors, cold air intake, ford racing hardened push rods, ford racing headers, flow masters, cat-back x pipe,Hurst Short Shifter, MSD coil and 6AL, saleen racecraft springs, roll cage, GS-1 racing seats, Simpson 5 point seat belt harness, FRPP hood pins, new water pump, ARP and felpros all around. And a ton of WD-40 lol

280-290 engine hp. u better off buyin it off some1 cheaper. gt40p heads u kan them for $400 rebuilt, cobra intake is over price period but for used $300. i got a trickflow intake for $240 only used for a month. get a trickflow stage 1 for $160 save urself $600. just save a 1000 more n get the tf top end kit or just build ur own top end kit. u already have the headers for the gt40p swap. gt40p arent smog legal but if u dont care then go 4 it.
