major idle issuse need help!!

i thought i had my car running right, i put in a new IAC, a new TPS (adjusted properly), and a new map sensor, timing adjusted, MAF sensor cleaned, new o2 sensors, i could go on. the car was idling at 650ish which was perfect. yesterday i was driving downtown and ran into some traffic and all of a sudden the thing started surging like no other. it wants to stay at like 2500-3000 rpm. after a while it will idle in neutral but then as soon as you put the thing in gear it surges again. i have become so frustrated with this car every day its something else wrong. now as soon as I start the car it revs to 3-4000. the car has msd ignition 6al box, some sort of ford motorsport cam but stock fuel/air system. I need help. im giving up on this thing

ive done that many times and have replaced everything. i'm pulling good vaccum and my compression is fine. have small valve seal issue but nothing major. no one ive talked to has ever heard of anything like this

i recently purchased a 87 gt they have a 94 cobra motor in it. the vacuum lines are all screwed up and the motor is fouling plugs as soon as i start the car. is there any way of finding out the vacuum diagrams and A POSSIBLE FIRING ORDER. THANKS
