Default (gears) parts and labor $450.00 is this a good price?

i'm looking to have gears installed so i have been calling local speed shops in my area for a price. the best price i got was parts and labor $450.00 is this a good price?

is that doing new bearing and all?...seals?
I would but a new clutch pack in the rear if it has alot of miles on it

we charge 150.00 labor 200.00 if you need the axles bears,carrier bearing where I work p/t if you have all the parts
so that's inline I guess
