Squeal at wide open throttle, NOT the throttle body...???

Just as the topic says, I have a loud, audible squeal at wide open throttle. It sounds like the serpentine belt, but its new and tension is fine.

Its not the throttle body, I know what those whistles sound like.

What could it be?

does the belt look burned or scuffed ?

One way to make sure that the belt or accessories arent causing the noise is to take the belt off for the test. Do not run for long though.

Possible vacuum leak / gasket leak.

check all of the assecories, like the power steering pump or the smog pump
