Default 1995 Mustang GT drivability problems

I have a 1995 Mustang GT convertible, 5.0 liter, 5 speed. This car is almost all stock, all that's been done are rear gears (3.55) and a BBK H-Pipe (no cats). It has multiple problems which have been driving me absolutely crazy for almost 2 years now! I'll list the symptoms first, then what I have already replaced. The car has a SEVERE spark knock above 2000RPM, even on 93 Octane. Sounds like a bunch of marbles in a coffee can. It occasionally ran warm, until recently when it started running hot all the time, and it usually does it really quickly, within 2 miles of driving. The car has a serious lack of power, even my 1968 C-10 with a six can outrun it! It has a really annoying intermittent stalling problem, usually when I pull up to a stoplight or stop sign. I have also been getting really, really bad gas mileage, usually less than 10MPG in the city. The fans don't seem to be working like they should, they don't kick on until it's already running hot. The timing was jumping around quite a bit, but I think I've remedied that. The car has not set any codes, there's no check engine light, it doesn't smoke, tick or knock, there are no leaks of any kind (amazing, since it has almost 180,000 miles), and there's no milkshake (i.e. no blown head gasket). I even hooked it to a MAC Mentor scanner; as far as the scanner showed, everything is working perfectly, nothing was out of parameters. Now on to what I've ALREADY replaced; In the last year and a half, I have replaced the MAF sensor, both O2 sensors, the IAC valve, the fuel pump, filter, and pressure regulator, the entire distributor, cap, rotor, plugs, and wires, the coil is new, the radiator, water pump, and thermostat, the coolant temp sensor (for the computer, the gauge reads fine), the timing chain, the harmonic balancer, and the Multifunction Relay Module on the radiator support (sometimes called the Constant Control Relay Module). I even tried simply cleaning the throttle body, but even that didn't stop the stalling. I've run out of ideas as to what this could be, the local Ford mechanics are totally stumped, and I'm quickly running out of money and patience! I can't afford to just keep replacing things without some kind of idea as to what is going on! No more guessing! Anybody got any ideas? I tried going to a priest, but they won't do exorcisms on cars!

Something I forgot to mention: As long as the A/C is on, it keeps the fans running all the time, like it's supposed to. And as long as the A/C is on, the car runs normal temperature...

Mustang Basic Maintenance and Technical Articles
Do all the things in the "solving idle problems" section in that link. See if any of those help.

If your timing is too far advanced it can cause the "pinging" and can also cause your engine to heat up.
And bad TPS voltage or just a faulty TPS can cause your idle problems...

But do all the things on that link. You should be able to do it all in one day. See if that helps any.
