you may have to do some minor gasket work(i.e trimming/cutting) , but other then that you'll have no fitment problems, aslong as the engine is a windsor style, P headers just allow more clearance where the plugs go, due to the different plug angle on the gt-40p heads overall the headers are them same size and design
