User 89coupe is very knowlegable with the electronics to test the pump or the relay. He helped me when my pump when out. There is a wiring harness under the hood of your car right behind the driver side strut, you can jump the harness, (theres 2 located there) and you will here either the relay and the pump come on or just the relay so you know the pump is out or nothing wich will send you on to the next ordeal. I will see if I have the thread saved. I could here my relay come on but the pump was dead. Its easy to swap out though. I did it by myself with basic hand tools.
