Default disk brake conversion on 1992 Mustang gt help

ok well its not my car but i work on it and we are having a prob. so we buy a 8.8 rear end with disk brake setup from a 87 supercoupe and installed it already, we have the 93 cobra master cylender on the car. has the adjuster for the rear brakes and new pads. well the brakes all work fine when you first start off but after you use them a few times the brake pedal get real stiff eventually to the point where u cant push it down and the car will hardly move. after this happend got out and the rear left brake was smoking. so we towed it to the house and waited for it to cool and u could not move the car or push it even in nutral. so it cooled down and we took off the caliber and the pad was in a way jammed we had to hammer it out. we find out the reason why the pedal would not push in after a while was cause the fluid was boiling.but after we took the pads out we got some spacers and it still dose it. its like something is not relaesing. anyone know how to fix this?

Youve got brake lines crossed or something. Mine did that when my line lock was bad. Also did you gut the dist block or do away w/ it completely? You need a aftermarket proportioning valve.

we do have a ford racing proportioning valve on. and idk whats he has done but he has made sure it all works and that type of stuff. but im saying is it sounds like the brake pad is getting stuck on one side more and we cant really figure it out.
