Default 1964 Mustang with EFI conversion, Timing is off!

I am having problem with my timing.

I did a efi conversion in my 64 1/2 mustang and im trying to get my timing right. From the sound of it right now i can tell that the timing is off a little but can anyone show many articles or pics, etc on how to fix the timing.

Here is a link to a video of how the car is sounding now...

Checking, Setting and Bumping up your Mustang's Timing

That should show you how to set the timing.

while the car is on slightly loosen the bolt that holds down the distributor and slowly turn the distributor till the timing is where u want it. it works on all of the 302's ive worked on, and ive worked on about 5 or 6 302's

and btw leave all old school cars wit distributors cuz other wise they start to get messed up and the distributors work really well and r easy to maintain
