Hi have a 94 GT 5.0 it idles fine when i first start(idles @900) but as soon as it warms up a little the idle is really bad, it sometimes drops down to under 500 and the check engine like comes on and then i hit the gas and it it idles fine for a second or two the starts idling bad again. I have cleaned everything, i also have nut new plugs, wires and msd distributor and rotor, and msd coil in. Can someone please help me out.
yeah i have cleaned everything. i have replaced all the vacuum lines in the car. I have not replace the pcv valve yet, I will go and pick one up here in a little bit and put it in. I will post with the results
its not a dirty issue. nor a PCV your engine coolant temp sensor is going bad, check the sensor itself with a voltmeter make sure you have at least 5ohms resistance anything less is considerd failed, just pull the plug off the sensor and put the voltmeter probes to the to pins on the sensor

ok, i will check temp sensor here in a little bit. I have another question, when i went in to get a new pcv valve they do not carry the one that is in my car. Will someone please tell me if is the wrong one that goes in there and if its not were can i get one.
ok, so i changed out out my engine coolant temp sensor and i am still having the issue. I was wondering if it could be the timing or could i just turn up my idle a little and see if it helps? I also "t" bracket that connects the three hoses together was broke could that have anything to do with it?
