I'm slowly getting my 87 Mustang put back together.
I hooked the horn up and it is stuck on.
The wipers work but the washer pump does not.
Where should I start to correct these problems?

the washer pump prob just needs to be replaced more than likely. as for the horn being stuck on...that sounds like the clockspring which sucks for both of us because i need one as well and ford doesnt make them anymore and i havent been able to find one anywhere

I'm experiencing the same problem, but only with the horn. I've been thinking of purchasing this item, but haven't found where it goes.

I've taken it apart to see if I could find the old one but nothing is there. The fuse that enables the horn to work is tied in with the cruise control and I would love to get that working again as well as the cigarette lighter.

if your cruise control doesnt work and your horn is stuck on all the time then its your clockspring. theres nothing else that would effect both of them

Washer pump is in need of replacement, or the feed line up to the windshield is clogged or even disconnected. The pump motor may also have a bad connection, causing it not to work.

The horn problem could be the spring, that's the most common reason.
