what i would like to do is have tmoss port my cobra lower intake to match the afr heads i think that would be a good idea.

BBK Cold Air induction, Cobra upper and lower intake, BBK equal length headers, FMS 65MM TB, 73mm MAF, 24lb injectors, 155 fuel pump BBK off road H-pipe with flowmaster 40 series mufflers, subframe connectors, under drive pulleys.

hmmm those AFR's like to breath. personally i might go with a TFS stage 1 maybe a 2. what are his future plans (blower...ect)?
if he planns on going to a blower in the near future id recommend the Comp Cams XR274
if turbo id recommend somthing with a 214 sep.
i know not everyone is made of money but the best cam you can possibly get is a custom ground. hope this helps and im sure there will be more ideas.
oh ya id call AFR and ask their oppinion on this. always call the head manufacture.

That cam should be a good cam for you - nice street manners - it's spec'd out like an SD cam. I was going to suggest the Crower 15511 cam too, but it is a little pricey (~$300) and a few bucks more would get you custom.
