Question what size and brand stall

I have an 89 5.0 with 4.10 gears a few bolt ons and an aod with a trans-go shift kit. I just got back from the local 1/8 th mile track, with a best time of
R/T .626
60' 2.121
330' 6.390
1/8 9.856
mph 72.03

I think my car would benefit from a stall converter more than anything else. I want to know how big of a stall to go with and what brand.
I was thinking about a 10 inch converter with around a 2800 stall speed, but I still don't know about what brand. I would really like to have some input on what brand would be the best for what I want. Thanks Alot I really appreciate all the advice.

B&M for your application. The Holeshot series. I'd say either the 2400 or 3000 stall for your application.

www.B&Mracing.com and also, anyone and everyone deals B&M. Jeg's, Summit, etc. etc. I'm not really sure your application so you might want to contemplate on whether a 2400 or 3000 would be better for you.
