anybody know the diameter of the stock exhaust from the muffler back?

Does anybody know the diameter of the stock exhaust from the muffler back?

and one more question:

what is a kick down cable?

I think the stock exhaust is 2 inch . A kick down cable is what shifts your automatic car down to a lower gear when you stuff the gas pedal .

is the kickdown cable the same as the throttle valve cable?
