Default offset rack bushings? Suspension questions!

I have the following ready to be installed

eibach pro kit
steeda c/c plates
steeda quad shocks
steeda x2 balljoints
steeda rear adjustable sway bar
tokico illumina 5 way struts
upper and lower rear tubular control arm with poly bushings
poly front and rear spring isolators

and I still have to pick up shocks, a bumpsteer kit and I need to know what you guys think of offset rack bushings? I've been told that they are one of the only things ford did right on the Mustang suspension and should be left alone. Is this true?

For the shocks I was thinking of getting the tokicos they put on the Mach 1, sound good? The struts I have now are for the 79-93 Mustangs, since Im lowering the car I've been told they work much better...

Also if you guys can think of anything else I should do suspension wise during this whole operation...let me know.

Thanks!

Steve K

I have Energy offset rack bushings on my lowered car and it handles great! I've not been in a car without them so who knows? I think you should go with crossbar subframe connecters if you haven't already. One other thing, I heard that with aftermarket rear upper/lower control arms, quad shocks are no longer needed. They're supposedly only there to help prevent wheel hop but control arms do that better so... I took my quads off altogether and it launches very well, even with street tires.

Hmm...well I've got a sn95 so i don't know if there is going to be any difference?

I got this one guy who mailed me and said:
PS. don't use offset rack bushings, use center drilled alum. rack bushings. that's the one thing ford got right on our suspension.

We'll see
