Airbag codes???

I have an airbag light going off. It only goes off when it is fairly humid and the light blinks four times pause 4-4-4-4.... over and over. I have a hanes and the ford electronics manual and I can't find anything about airbag codes. Any help on what these codes are or where I can find out is appreciated.

You have something wrong with the airbag system , I would take it to a ford dealership to have it fixed .

Never argue with an idiot. They will bring you down to their level and beat you with experience...

I thought the whole idea was to do it yourself. Isn't that why this bb is here? I just need to know where to find out what code it is giving me. Thanks

If you feel comfortable dealing with a bag that deploys at 200 mph then go right ahead . If you are having trouble with faulty sensors then whos to say you wont/cant accidentally set it off . You can get the codes with a code scanner . Good luck

Maybe this is not the right bb? Maybe I need a more advanced bb? There are lots of things that can be dangerous whe you are working around automobiles, if you are unsafe in your work. If you are unsafe in you work habits or in the way you approach new problems then, yes, you should be scared of a possible airbag deployment. However I like the skin I'm in and would just like to know where I can find information about working on, around, or translating codes from an airbag system on a 91 GT CONV. THANK YOU

and there is a book that comes with the scanner that tells you how to read it . Or you can post your codes back here and we can tell you what they are .
