Default 4 Lug to 5 Lug conversion question

I have a 88 that's already had a rear disc brake conversion and was wondering what I need to change it to 5 lug. Can I keep the rear disc setup I have now? Will this setup work with 5 lug or do I have to change everything? Thanks for your help.

You should be able to, look under 4 to 5 lug conversion on this link. Find what have and what axle's you can use for the swap.

It sounds like you could use SN95 axles and maybe even rotors.

S95 axles are wider, and as for the rotors, no demensions were given

use 2 passenger side ranger axles or 2 driver side aerostar axels or mix them. they are the perfect size. yes sn95 rear hardware will work as well as front minus the axles.

I know they're longer, but I think that's due to the disc brakes of the SN95. Since he's already got discs, that's what I was thinking about. Maybe the only reason they're wider is due to anti-lock brake rings.

8.8" Ranger passenger side axles work for 5 lug swap(as do the drums), but I'm not so sure they're right for a disc brake conversion. Admittedly, these numbers games confuse me and I may be all wrong about it. I just thought the disc brake conversion axles were longer than originally used in the Fox Mustang.

yes its the anti lock ring that makes them wider by about 3/4 of an inch. not much really. if you were to play with rim offsets you could even use them.

like i said about go get the 2 passanger side axles off a ranger from the junk yard. im not sure on the rear if just a 5 lug rotor would work due to the offset. what i'd do is go to auto sone pick up the rotors ($35 each) and do a test fit. i have a feeling it will prob work. if not hang onto the rotors and order the calipers and brackets. should all be less then $200
Bucks.
