Angry fuse panel / blower motor question...help!

when it is cold out my blower motor does not work! in my 91 xl

when the car warms up after about 15-20min the dam thing will work?
i dont get it. this has never happend in the past.

also there is no power to the blower motor fuse in the fuse panel when it is cold out. but when it warms up the dam fuse has power????

chech for a blower motor relay . It's probably in the dash where the switch is . I would look in a chilton manual for it .

I don't think there is a relay. Maybe this diagram will help you..................

thanks for the diagram tmoss.

i think what i got to do is trace the power wire coming in to the the fuse panel back. there is just no power coming out of he fuse panel to the blower motor. maybe there is a broken wire?

can anyone tell me if all the wires that come from the fuse panel through the fire wall go to one large plug? or something under the hood? just asking cause i cant look now the carcover is on it with 5" of snow
