Rear brakes

Hi

You didn't say what year of Mustang. I have several good pics for a 1965 rear drum set on my site here: Mustang Brake Rebuilding and restoration - Rear Drum Brakes

Remember to note where the shorter shoe lining goes. If you get it backwards the brakes either are going to bind or not release.

Each side is a mirror copy of the other. Even if you don't have a 65, the setup is virtually the same on all rear drum brakes.

Front ones are a bit different because they don't have the brake cables and corresponding hardware.

Cheers

Pronto

hays manual has nifty step by step instructions with pictures, everyone should invest in one of those books...

1988 LX, Mods: Cobra block, Cobra heads, Cobra intake, (unknown cam), CAI, MSD 6AL ignition, A/C and SMOG pump delete, equal length long tube headers, O/R H-pipe, Flowmasters, Eibach springs, KYB Shocks, sub frame connectors, Cobra R Wheels.

MAF on the way...
