How to test my fuel injectors?

Hello all. I know its not a mustang but it uses alot of the same parts as the ford Duratech V6, plus this forum is the only one I go to and it has not failed me yet.I have a 2003 Mazda Tribute with a 3.0 v6. It has this wicked mis and it is intermittent and it has made it get about 8mpg. It really only does it at idle and when I first start to go then after a bit it will go away. I have replaced all the spark plugs, the coil packs, Fuel pressure is good, Replaced the EGR and Compression is good. So my next idea is that it might be the fuel injectors, I have checked the resistance on them and they are all about 17ohm. Is there a different way to test an injector to make sure is is working? Thanks and any ideas will help.
