Default Bolts needed to Reassemble Engine

Well it's time to reassemble my engine finally.....but one problem while my dad was shuffling stuff around his shop he lost most of the bolts...I did break a bunch tearing the engine apart but thats expected....I have a few questions I was wondering people could help me with bolts...

Ok for the timing cover I'll be running an AC Elminator kit...how easier are the factory studs on the water pump to find?

For head bolts whats a good solutions to find bolts?

For my flywheel/clutch can I just go to the local hardware store and buy grade 8 bolts? And do the flywheel or clutch require washers/lockwashers?

For oil pan bolts should I use just plain flange non serrated bolts? or should I use serrated ones?

I do not care for most ARP bolts since they are torque to yield bolts. I prefeer to use studs, be sure to replace the washers, and anyone willing to re-use head bolts should get their head checked
