Default Is oem or aftermarket better.

Is oem or aftermarket better for a new fan and fan clucth? there are about the same price.

the motorcraft fan and clutch are actually quite dependable,if the price difference isnt much then go with the oem.

You don't really lose that much power from a mechanical fan, maybe 15 horses? People been using them for years. I mean, if you're really that upset over losin 15 HP, just buy a NOS kit, that's cheaper than the fan and you get your 15 HP back.

the faster it spins the more HP you lose. Your alot better to just get and electric fan.

go electric, then buy a electric water pump, then you will save 30 hp that half the power of a honda engine
