Default How hard to replace serpentine belt in 1989 GT?

So how hard is it to replace my serpentine belt on my 1989 GT? I can't find any "how to" posts.

Not very, if i remember, its like the one on my 97 it has a tensioner, you put the correct socket on the tensioner, put a little muscle into it, and the belt slips right off. Just make sure you align the grooves in the belt properly when putting the new one back on.

As stated above: A large ratchet or breaker bar with the correct place on the pivot bolt and you sort of lift and turn it the bolt counter clockwise.
