Default Broken Tack, Please Help!
Ever sence i got my stang i've had a broken tack. When you turn it on it immidiatly goes to 4000 RPM, and trust me, i'm not idaling at that. but if i gun it i can see it move passed 4000 until it shifts. anyone know how to fix this problem??

sounds like it might be in your blaster coil but i'm not sure.

What year car is it ? Was it a 4 cyl conversion ?

It is a 92 and it was a born 5 liter, i really haven't looked into yet because i don't know where to start. any help would be great.

1992 Mustang 5.0L LX
Cold air, 65mm Throttle body, Cobra Upper and
Lower w/ 1 inch spacer,
FRPP 3.73's, BBK Under pullies,
Mac H-Pipe, Mac Cat Back, Rebuilt AOD with Transgo
stage 2 shift kit, and a 2500 stall coverter.
more to come in time.

Parents have a 05 GT stock.....for now!!!
