Torque sequence and ft lbs for gt40p heads

I am starting to replace a blown head gasket on my 1989 GT but can't find any info on the torque sequence of the head bolts. Also need the foot pounds the bolts should be torqued to. Also, if you have the same info for upper and lower GT40 intake, that would help also.

Thanks for any info you can pass along.

Start with the middle upper and lower and work outwards, first right of center then left of center, finally outermost right then outermost left....

9 -- 5 -- 1 -- 3 -- 7

10 - 6 -- 2 -- 4 -- 8

Do this at 35# 60# and 80#

Dont forget to retourqe after initial warm up cool down.
