Default power steering return line problem

here's my problem...i was plugging all my power steering hoses back in and i kind of broke the steel line in the return...aparntly for doesn't stock them in canada to buy new, so i just figured i would make my own....problem is, i can't seem to find a fitting that will screw nicely into the rack?...i'm assuming it's a pipe fitting but I don't know what size, can anyone help me out with this or possible shed some light on a different solution for my problem!

thanks in advance

Pull the fitting back out of the rack and take it to a hydraulic shop / company . They will tell you what you need and will probably have it in stock . There should be a shop somewhere close to you . factories and farmers rely on them
