V6 Tranny on 302 ? Will a manual transmission from a 94 v6 fit a 302 ? Need to know if there will be any other problems such as driveshaft length or not fitting in the console area.

The bellhousings are different between the V6 and V8.

If I have the bell housing from a 89 Auto , will it bolt up using that? Will the input shaft be ok?

No, the auto bellhousing will not work on the manual.

i was alwyas told that the only differnce is the inpute shaft..the bellhousing should be the same..i would call a
tranny shop and they should be able to tell you everything
V6 Tranny on 302 ?
