Custom tune a 92 5.0 computer

Can I take my 92 5.0 to a shop for them to custom tune the computer? I have made several upgrades and wondered if you could even tune the computer and if it would help.

92 LX hatchback, bbk shorty headers, off road h-pipe, slp loundmouth mufflers, 302 e303 cam, gt 40 heads, explorer intake, 65 mm tb

What upgrades have you done to warrant a custom tune?

For them to "custom tune" your car they are going to have to burn a chip for it. Our cars are not like the newer OBDII cars which have hand held tuners to adjust certain parameters.

From your sig it is not worth the custom tune as your computer should be able to handle what you got.
