Unhappy Click, click, click, click...

A couple weeks ago I noticed a clicking sound that will increase in frequency the higher the RPMs and will stop totally when the clutch is depressed. This is my first Stang and frankly I haven't had much automotive experience. Don't think me totally mechanically inept though hehe. I am a mechanic for fighter jets =) (Aircraft Hydrualic Systems Journeyman to be specific.) Anyway, the noise is rather annoying and honestly has me worried. I have looked and listened but I can't seem to track it down.

Sounds like the pilot bearing to me.

Time to replace the throw out bearing. Might as well replace the clutch as well.

check to see if the flux capacitor is leaking fluid and if it is then plug up the leak and refill it. Just kidding, I'm gonna agree with the guys above. Order a new Clutch, Throw Out Bearing, Pressure Plate and Pilot Bearing, that should take care of your problem.

Awsome. You guys rock. Any suggestions on a replacement? Not a big budget here. Just the most bang for the buck.
