As the title says I'm thinking of purchasing a set of bare Rousch castings... 2.02 / 1.60 ...Anyone have any numbers or expiernce with these heads?

No numbers yet. But I have a set sitting in boxes waiting to go on a 331 stroker that I have been building (ran out of cash, wife wants a vacation cruise this year so my motor is on hold)

These are the old World Sportsman heads but they brought out 2 models 180cc and 200cc intake runners.

With a good head porter , they will get 305 cfm at .700" with a 2.02 valve.
The rest of the lower #'s are strong too.

Made 580hp and 480tq on a 351w .020 over .
