Default 1995 Mustang Key fob

I changed out a alternator on my 1995 Ford Mustang, now my remote key fob that unlocks the doors and opens the trunk won't work anymore. Does anyone know the secret to reprogramming the remote? Any good help would appreciated.

How to program the key fob for a 1995 Mustang. I found the video on You Tube. Put the key in the ignition and turn to the ON position. Inside the trunk on the drivers side behind the trunk lining is a black computer control box. On the outside of that box is a small gray connector port with two metal contacts inside of it. Short across those two contacts with something metal.I used my pocket knife. You will hear the doors lock. You are now in Progamming Mode. Hit any button on your key fob and it wil now be programmed to the car. You can program up to four key fobs to the car. Turn the ignition back to the off position, you will hear the doors lock again. You are now out of the programming mode. Its easy to do, it took me about 5 minutes to do. Enjoy !!!!
