First of all, I wouldnt ever put an underdrive pulley with a stock alternator (weak 75 amp). I wouldnt go so far to say you wouldnt have to change the belt if you change the crank and water pump pulley, but you might have to get one 1/2" shorter or 1" at the most. Most part stores will find you a smaller belt with no hassle, and if they give you a hassle give them hell.
