Default 94/95 f150 302 rebuild

Alright guys there is a guy selling two complete motors for $150 both from F150s one from 94 and the other from 95, my car is a DD so I need to limit down time. I did some searching and got alot off different info.
I plan on rebuilding and going with the trickflow top end kit what will I need to make this swap work, like different timing cover etc.... do I just pull every thing off my motor and swap to the new block.
Any info will help.

Find different motors. I'm pretty sure the F150 motors aren't roller blocks.

All 302 blocks after 85 were roller cam compatible.

One thing to note....I'm not sure what kind of pistons the trucks had. I know they're not forged, but don't know about dish or valve reliefs.

I will most likely be buying this kit
289/302 Ford Engine rebuild kit ( press fit or Full Floating wrist pin) with the pistons with TF valve reliefs.

Also on another note would Trick Flow 185 cnc be to much for a 302 or should I go 170's I want to be able to get as close to 350 rwhp as possible either way I am going the custom cam route, also which intake should I look for TF Track Heat, Holley Sys, or RPM II. my current mods are in my sig.

The 170 should be all you need. If I were buying the Trick Flow Top End Kit I would just use the cam that comes with the kit, the intake also comes with the kit. This kit is suppose to make 350 or 360 hp. depending on which one you get.

TW heads can usually be made to work with standard style pistons from what I have heard. However, if you're replacing pistons anyway, get ones that are designed for TW heads. Probe makes nice TW pistons.
And with any piston, make sure to get the block decked to achieve zero deck clearance.
