Question Will I run into any problems installing GT40 heads on a 72' 302 ?

I have a 72 302 truck engine. I was wondering if I can put some GT 40 heads or some E7TE heads on this motor? May sound like a stupid question but keep in mind this is my first dealings with ford engines.

you'll need to change pushrods, and plug the holes for the air pump I think..
