Hey guys any help would be apretiated, I bought AFR 165 and holley systemax intake after I blew my first head gasket (not to long after I installed a powerdyne 6lbs), anyways I install these new headson with arp head studs and I go for a rip and pop, another head gasket blew, so I figure maybe it was just a falty head gasket, send my block to get checked and the deck is straight, so put it back togethter and now this time start up the car run it a few minutes and now its leaking coolant out on the ground from the passenger side head gasket. Im going insane .. Is there anything you can tell me,, also the heads are torqued to afr specs in 5 different steps, (finall torque is 70lbs on the small studs and 80lbs on the big studs, any help very apreciated..
Did you use sealant on the bottom head bolts? Do you have the correct head gasket? If the head gaskets are o-ringed are the heads machined for them? (Or the other way around if not).

I did use sealant on the studs and they are not o-ringed, its not the boost thats making them pop cuz I dont have time for the car to hit boost and there already blown, Im about to set the thing on fire...Its even got the machine shop baffled..
according to your post it started to happen shortly after the supercharger install, and your always at boost, it may not be a large amount but its always there. are the gaskets of cheap quality?
try calling afr and see if they have any suggesions for you.
