Default I need help identifying which gaskets are which around the timing chain cover

i am about to replace my timing chain cover gasget, it is 4 gasgets in the kit i got, the cover to block gasget, the c gasget for under the crank, and two small cork gasgets for the corners, my problem is that the cork corners, they are the wrong size, so i am wondering if i am suposed to trim them to fit, also i got like a whole wack of gasgets in the kit, including my front seal and a little metal, looks like a bearing, what is that lil metal bearing? also am i suposed to use all of these gasgets? i know i got a new water pump gasget when i bought my new water pump, but it's cardboard and don't plan to use that, i want to use the composite gasget i got with the kit, anyways here is a pic of all of the gasgets...i have numbered them what is what?

file gasgets 2 is the metal gasget thing i had, it is in a baggie with a tube of something called pro lock II
file gasgets 007 is the lil corner things that i was confused about and the trimming and such...
file 010 is a lil o ring type thing i am kinda confused about, i don't know what it's for...
006 is another gasget i am not so sure about....

any ideas on these?

picture 1 looks like it could be a new allighnment dowel . if the old one is good then you can just reuse it .

pic 2 yes you can trim them

pic 3 is a gasket for a mechanical fuel pump . if your car is fuel injected , just toss it aside

pic 4 is a water pump gasket

Most gasket companies make kits that cover many different engines . like a 75-95 small block ford , instead of making a kit for every year , they just toss in all of the odd ball ones for diffent years . so you will / should have some stuff left over

Pics number 1 is a sleeve for the harmonic balancer. It is there to repair the groove in the balancer caused by rubbing against the crank seal in the front cover. The pro lock locks the sleeve onto the balancer.

Buy a new camera please, they are cheap.

It can only fit on one part of the balancer, and only go on one way.
It has to be forced on, and bnever comes off again.
The best way to install it is with a piece of wood, adn easily hammer it on evenly.
