Default SPEC Stage 2 clutch question.

Tuesday I oredered a SPEC stage two clutch and the guy who is rebuilding my World Class T-5 told me his son had a Spec clutch and there was no slippage. He said you had to rev the engine to keep from stalling and the tires always broke loose. He and his son drag race and they said the clutch he had was a great strip clutch. He couldnt remeber if it was a stage 2 or 3 clutch though. My question is for anyone who is running a stage 2 or has ever driven a car that had a stage 2 clutch in it. I just want to know if I will have this problem, I have to sit in traffic alot so I just want to know how many times i am gonna get pulled over for "unsafe start, laying drag" if the stage 2 clutch has no slippage in it.
