1990 mustang lx 5.0L GT40 upper and lower intake swap
Hi I did a GT40 upper and lower intake swap on my 5.0, I changed all of the gaskets the upper and lower intake gasket, Changed my oil, bought a new distributer, and I re-timed my whole motor. It still doesnt want to kick over I was wondering if i needed a tune for the fuel to air ratio that i have now my motor currently has gt40 heads, b303 cobra cam, bbk cold air intake, bbk long tube headers to a bbk catless h-pipe to magnaflow mufflers. I was just wondering if i needed a tune for it to run like new again if i could get a follow up by an expert I would really appreciate it if you would like to know anymore please email me at email@example.com.
And the gaskets well you gotta do the correct torque sequence and proper force. Also a good idea to re-torque them after a couple of little heat cycles.
