Default ground effects plastic type?

would anyone happen to know what type plastic the factory 5.0 ground effects are made out of? I need to repair some bad places and need to know so I can buy the right repair material. Thanks

It is urethane I believe. You can buy something called "Flexible Bumper Repair" Somethinmg like that, you can get it at Autozone or advance auto. It is easy to use and does a good job.
Describe "bad places" and I might be able to help you out some more so that after you repair them they stay repaired.

Go to an automotive paint supply and tell them what you have. 3m makes a two part epoxy that welds the urethane together, and is sandable. It's expensive, but well worth it.

Thats the stuff I was talking about. Bondo also makes it. But it depends on what his meaning of bad is. I mean if it is a small little low spot or tear ( 1/4-1/2 an inch in length) then that will work by itself. But if he has chunks or large tears he is going to have to fill in the chunck or use something to pull the tear together so that the epoxy will not fall out after time. I have been through all this before so I am just trying to make sure he doesntr have to do it more than once in the same spot.

I don't know...

I put a cobra rear bumper that was torn in half back together with the stuff.
