Default 351c 2or4 valve vs 351 windsor turbo application

ok here is my question which would be better for a turbo car set-up a cleveland or a windsor 351 cleveland is know for its high rpms and flowing heads verse a windsor 351? pro's and cons for both ? or since they have alot of aftermarket heads out there that u can put on a 351 would this make up for the cleveland heads? it doesnt matter weither its a 2 valve or 4 valve head.. also is anyone actually using a cleveland now with turbo's?
thanks in advance i have seen alot of guys on here are very knowledgable..

FYI, when people refer to Cleveland 2V and 4V, the V means venturi, not valve. All 351 heads are 2 valve heads. Venturi refers to the carb. 2V means 2 barrel and 4V means 4 barrel. The ports and combustion chambers are different between the 2V and 4V heads. Clevelands are great motors, but are difficult to find for less than an arm and a leg. It'd probably be cheaper to run a Windsor block.

all Cleveland heads are NOT 2 valve heads. Arao Engineering makes a 4 valve per cylinder head for the Cleveland block. Just type "4 valve Cleveland head" into your web searcher and it will come up

I would go with the 351W just due to the aftermarket availability of parts. don't see to many headers for turbo 351C out there or many kits. It would be cool and all but why make it harder then you need to. a 351w with a good set of heads and a turbo will get it done for you I would think.
