Default Can a mustang tow a couple of quads?

I have a 91 lx 5.0 with an automatic and I was wondering if these cars can tow a light weight trailer? I want to tow 2 quads with a small trailer. Also does anyone even make a trailer hitch for these cars?

My car came with a towhitch that is rated at 3,500lbs I believe, haha. I can't wait to take it to an exhaust shop and have it cut off. Ugh.

that's the hitch it's self, you can figuritivly put a 150, 000 lb hitch on a stang, the hitch alone would weigh more than the stang can handle, but you can do it, doesen't mean that the car can tow that much, as for the stang towing, check the weight of the trailer and the quads, and check your gvrw make sure it doesen't exceed the max cappicity, i know you can also boost up the gvrw on any vehicle by putting bigger springs in the rear, i plan to bump mine up on my car so i can tow a race car, it will be pushing my car to the limit but it can be done, i got a friend who tows cars with a caprice with an LT1 and another who does it with a caprice with a 305 on propane(ex cop car turned taxi, turned residential car 600 000 km on the vehicle)

When I bought my car it had a hitch. The gentleman I bought if from said that the previous owner had a jetski. I had to remove the bumper and grind the welds off the bumper. My cover had a nasty hole through which the hitch came out. I replaced the bumper cover because it looked nasty. Now my car looks even nastier because my bumper cover doesn't match my body color. But that hole just annoyed me. So I yes, a mustang can tow anything. The 5.0 does have a torque rating of 300 ft. lbs of torque, more than some trucks, especially 4 and 6 bangers.

also if you try towing with your car by putting the load on the rear it may take the weight off the front wheels and affect the steering quite a bit..
